Our stay at Turtle Beach was fantastic! We booked through Greg and he provided all the necessary information for a wonderful vacation. The 2-bedroom apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. The resort itself had so much to offer for families, including pools, mini golf, and a lovely restaurant. We also appreciated the included parking. we had a very happy holiday thanks to Greg and Turtle Beach Resort. I highly recommend it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Loved the pools, tennis court, splash zone, and slides. Great for families. Convenient location near coffee shops and shops. Laundry in room was a plus. Good value rates.

The location of the resort is ideal, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to a theme park. There is also a big shopping mall with all essentials available onsite at the general store. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The resort offers a variety of facilities, including multiple pools and recreational activities. Guests can also enjoy delicious meals at the onsite restaurant.

One downside is that the resort can get noisy, especially if your room is located near the pool area.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect with a short walk to the Splash Zone park and a shopping center nearby. The service was exceptional with a grocery shopping service and laundry available. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering an airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, a balcony, a kitchen with cookware/kitchen utensils and a television. We enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, and even had a picnic using the picnic area/tables. The leisure facilities include a swimming pool, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and sun terrace, with a lovely garden area and sun loungers. The kids club kept the little ones entertained with a children's pool, children's play area, and mini golf. The fitness studio, tennis court, and water slides were perfect for those wanting a more active stay.

This place is perfect for families, with so many activities that we wished we could have stayed longer.

Nothing to fault.

We recently stayed at a family-friendly hotel over the Christmas holidays. the resort offered amazing complimentary facilities, especially their splendid kids' area. the location was superb, with plenty of attractions in the surrounding area. the lounge area was spacious, and we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day out.

some of the amenities were not accessible when we wanted to use them. some of the areas around our room were under maintenance, which was an inconvenience.

We had a great time at this beachfront resort during Christmas. The spacious and clean room was perfect for our family, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The resort's location was ideal, with easy access to the beach. We also enjoyed the convenience of on-site dining options and the well-priced and plentiful food selection at the restaurant.

We did notice a few areas that could use improvement. The room furnishings appeared old and tired, and the beds were a bit uncomfortable.
