The value for money at Crowne Plaza was excellent, with a comfortable room and great amenities. The location was convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Great location, friendly staff, and easy check-in/out. Rooms are comfortable and have good amenities, including a nice bathroom with traditional taps. Breakfast is included and has a DIY juice bar. a nice surprise and would come back again.

The location is excellent, close to cultural destinations, shopping, and the convention center. The view onto the park was lovely, and the outdoor parking provided was convenient.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and there were plenty of eating places close by. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great layout. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the quietness of the room. The staff were efficient and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel had a range of amenities, including a restaurant and bar, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The facilities were also impressive, with a leisure area that included a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness studio. I was impressed with the quality of service and the comfort of the hotel.

In terms of improvements, I would have liked better information on the bus services available for guests. However, this did not detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

My xmas at this hotel was amazing. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the park. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they even offered us complimentary chocolates and champagne. While the food in the hotel restaurant was good, it was a bit expensive. the room was a bit cramped for a family with small kids, but still good enough for a few hours in the evening.
