The value for money at Crowne Plaza was excellent, with a comfortable room and great amenities. The location was convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Great location, friendly staff, and easy check-in/out. Rooms are comfortable and have good amenities, including a nice bathroom with traditional taps. Breakfast is included and has a DIY juice bar. a nice surprise and would come back again.

We had a wonderful holiday at the Crown! The breakfast was delightful, with a large selection of food choices. All the staff were very polite, helpful, and happy. The location is excellent, close to cultural destinations, shopping, and the convention center. The view onto the park was lovely, and the outdoor parking provided was convenient.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and there were plenty of eating places close by. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great layout. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the quietness of the room. The staff were efficient and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel had a range of amenities, including a restaurant and bar, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The facilities were also impressive, with a leisure area that included a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness studio. I was impressed with the quality of service and the comfort of the hotel.

In terms of improvements, I would have liked better information on the bus services available for guests. However, this did not detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the city center and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered was fabulous, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site parking facility.

Great beds, lovely staff, and a decent-sized room. the hotel had a good location, with easy access to the CBD and popular attractions. the availability of robes in the room was a nice touch and added to the comfort of the stay.

My credit card was charged multiple times without any apology or explanation from the hotel. the room was uncomfortably cold, even with the air conditioning set to a high temperature.

My xmas at this hotel was amazing. the room was spacious and had a stunning view of the park. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, they even offered us complimentary chocolates and champagne. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and there was a free bus stop nearby. One of the best things about the hotel was the comfortable beds, we all had a great night's sleep.

While the food in the hotel restaurant was good, it was a bit expensive. the room was a bit cramped for a family with small kids, but still good enough for a few hours in the evening.
