View Pacific exceeded our expectations! the spacious rooms with washing machines and dryers were a huge bonus. the central location made exploring Surfers Paradise a breeze. the kind owner fulfilled all our requests promptly, and the free parking was convenient. We'll definitely return!

We found the location to be excellent, being a short 2-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the city center; close to shopping centers and activity places. the hotel facilities were great, including a warm pool, modern appliances, and cooking facilities in the apartment. the staff were accommodating and allowed us to check out late, offering underground parking as well.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, with everything within walking distance. The beach is just a road away, and the tram station is close by as well. Plus, it's not too far from the theme parks.

The rooms may look a little tired, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Also has an underground car park. Really enjoyed our stay. the manager also let us check out late, and allowed us to park the car until after lunch. Will stay again if we're there in Gold Coast. My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and various entertainment options. the laundry facilities were convenient, and the outdoor swimming pool area was well-maintained. the laid-back apartment management created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. I appreciated the great service and the proximity to the beach and shopping areas.

While my stay at this hotel was mostly wonderful, one improvement could be providing more thorough cleaning services in the rooms. enhancing the security measures for the windows in the rooms could increase guest safety and comfort.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable and considering the location just beside the beach, it was a fantastic deal. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, especially the one with three beds, were adequate and perfect for a family. Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfying and added to the overall positive experience.

The apartment was not what we were expecting. the curtains and floors were dirty, and the balcony was a major hazard for families with small children.

Apon arriving at View Pacific, we were immediately impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They showed us the apartment before unloading our car to ensure it was suitable for my husband's physical disability. They even assisted us in finding a suitable parking space. The location of the apartment was perfect, close to all amenities. we had a great value for money experience at View Pacific Apartments.
