This hotel offers amazing value for money with its spacious rooms and attention to detail. The location, right opposite the sea, provides stunning views and the opportunity to see lots of pelicans. Additionally, the staff is welcoming and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

This hotel provides a great experience with few areas that could be improved.

Very well equipped kitchen. Fresh bread, milk, and breakfast cereal. Modern and comfortable rooms and bathroom. Easy parking in the garage. Close to kids playground and pelican feeding. Helped with transportation and provided continental breakfast. Super comfy beds. Beautiful location with easy access to facilities.

Everything was spot on.

The place was equipped with everything we needed, such as salt, pepper, and oil for cooking, as well as washing and laundry detergents. the location was perfect, only a stone's throw away from the coast and within easy reach of the town and other attractions. We appreciated the complimentary sourdough bread and condiments, plus the coffee, milk, and cereal provided.

The atmosphere was more like a block of flats than a holiday destination, and there was little to do in the immediate area. the room was quite bright due to the light outside, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

The location of this villa is perfect, just down the street from the local village and right by the sea. The room was clean and spacious, with all the little essentials provided like milk, bread, and coffee. The bathroom was tidy and well-maintained. The service from the owner was friendly and accommodating, giving valuable suggestions for places to visit. The villa also had great facilities including washing facilities and easy access for wheelchair users.

One minor improvement could be the brightness in the bedroom at night due to the light outside shining through.

We had a wonderful stay at Villas On The Bay. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It exceeded our expectations, just like the previous reviews mentioned. The location was perfect, with groceries nearby and breathtaking views if you turn left and keep walking. We enjoyed the little touches like the freshly baked bread, tea, coffee, and breakfast supplies provided upon arrival. Despite a minor inconvenience with the street light outside our window, we still had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Kingscote.
