the staff, location, and rooms were great. the view of the brisbane river was lovely and the rooms were aesthetically pleasing. the staff were really lovely and helpful as well. exceeded expectations during this strolling around.

Travelling alone, I absolutely loved the personalized experience offered by the W Hotel Brisbane's W insider role. The staff were excellent and made me feel special by remembering our conversations. The AWAY spa facilities were the best I have experienced, and I enjoyed using them anytime during the day. The rooms were well-appointed with TVs, great lighting controls, and free WiFi. The view was spectacular and the decor funky.

Felt warm, no complaint.

During my stay at W Brisbane, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the personalized touches. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, starting with complimentary drinks at check-in. I was also delighted to find an anniversary gift waiting for me in my room. The lounge bar was the perfect spot to kickstart my evening, with a lively DJ and delicious cocktails. I can't wait to return and experience more of what W has to offer.

During my city break, I was pleased with the excellent service provided by the staff at the hotel. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel's pool was well-designed and provided a great place to relax and unwind.

I did have a few negative experiences during my stay. the food and service at the hotel's buffet breakfast left much to be desired.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the amazing facilities and first-class amenities at the W. The rooms were incredible, with a great view of Brisbane and a comfortable bed. The pool and fitness center were top-notch, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. it felt like a luxurious and relaxing place to stay, offering great value for the price. The spa was also a fantastic bonus, and we enjoyed using the pools afterwards.

The Three Ducks restaurant served delicious food at great value for money. The lounge bar, with its DJ and tasty cocktails, was the perfect place to kick-start our evenings. The pool and free spa amenities, especially the whirlpool, provided a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind.

The hotel had a great location, just around the corner from the shopping area and across the river from a popular precinct. The modern interior lighting was stylishly done and added to the overall ambiance. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We especially enjoyed dining at the excellent restaurant on the third level.

One issue we encountered was with the room name change and check-in process. Despite multiple confirmations, there was a mix-up and it caused a lot of inconvenience and embarrassment.

The room was spacious and had high-quality amenities. The large, comfortable bed and luxurious bath and shower were a definite highlight. The indoor pool was fantastic and maintained at a perfect temperature. The friendly staff and fun atmosphere added to the overall experience.

There were a few cleanliness issues during my stay. The marks on the mirrors in the lifts were a bit off-putting.

This stay has been great. The hotel is located close to many terrific restaurants as well as the casino and theatre precinct. The room was very clean and stylish, with comfortable beds and updated technology. We loved the incredible pool, wet deck, and most importantly, the amazing staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. We were also impressed with the facilities and the free bottle of sparkling wine we received upon arrival.

There was an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which made it too hot to sleep under the covers.

We loved the quirky design of the hotel, making our stay fun and unique. The corner room we stayed in had a fantastic view of the mountains and river bend, even though we didn't pay extra for a river view. The remote-controlled curtains were a nice touch, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the text notification when our room was ready and the later-than-normal checkout time, which allowed us to fully enjoy our one-night stay.

The pool at W was stunning, I loved the design and the water was just the right temperature. I could have spent my whole stay there! The room was very comfortable and I loved the quirky bathroom. Overall I had a great time and would definitely recommend it.
