Attended an Ed Sheeran concert and stayed at W. Everything exceeded expectations: superb staff, delicious food, and top-notch facilities. Enjoyed a private pool morning and special care for our oversized vehicle. Pool was a gem with comfy day beds, fun pool balls, and stunning views. the room’s thoughtful details, like unique mini bar options and Lego set for kids, impressed. Easy access to river and gardens; superb tram connection to the concert.

Can just recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, offering a wide variety of options. my experience at W Melbourne was fantastic and I would highly recommend it.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was so close to everything. The shops were just a short walk away, making it really convenient for some retail therapy. We also enjoyed the restaurant where we had dinner, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. The service from the staff was friendly and welcoming. We also loved the breakfast options, there was a wide variety to choose from. our stay was enjoyable and we had a great time exploring the city.

One negative aspect was that some of the facilities and room advantages mentioned in the reviews were not available during our stay. For example, we were disappointed to find out that our favorite dishes and cocktails were not on the menu.

Can't fault anything about it

The hotel's decor was simply delightful, especially in the common areas where I felt like I was staying in a modern art museum. the design made it easy for me to navigate around as a senior, and I appreciated the thought put into creating such a visually stunning and accessible space.

I would only wish for the children working there to provide clearer instructions to make the vacation more seamless for senior guests.

The free drinks and snacks in the lobby were a nice touch, and the rooftop pool had stunning views. Plus, the hotel was located in a bustling area with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast was overpriced and not very impressive. the staff around the pool struggled with the English language, which led to some miscommunications.

The interior design was beyond luxurious, with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. The customer service was excellent, with a personal touch upon check-in. The pools and hallways were lively, and the room advantages were exceptional.

The dinner flavor was not quite there yet, but the presentation was on point.
