We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - nestled up high amongst the trees, it was so quiet and peaceful. The surrounding rainforest was stunning and we loved being surrounded by native birds and even a friendly possum. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck, which was very private. The owners, Barry and Vivienne, were excellent hosts and provided us with valuable local information. We will definitely be back soon.

That there weren't many restaurants nearby, so we had to drive a bit to find places to eat. However, we highly recommend this hotel to families for its secluded and tranquil atmosphere.

Moreover, the retreat offers unique eco toilets that are clean and odorless. The surrounding wildlife adds an extra touch of charm to the experience.

Spent a lovely Christmas amongst gum trees. Fully fitted out with kitchenette and Jacuzzi, a comfortable bed with electric blanket, this lovely cabin was the perfect location for a secluded and relaxing break. the cabin also offered its own BBQ on the deck, so easy to cook up a festive feast too. Enjoyed the peace and quiet with native wildlife around, it was easy to be transported into a wilderness escape, and it was great to be close to naturally beautiful scenery.

The cabin was well maintained, however the pool area was often shaded by trees and wasn't the best place to relax during Christmas afternoons. Another disadvantage was that the immediate adjoining properties weren't great.
