The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always quick to answer our questions and fulfill our requests. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The balcony provided stunning views, and the sitting area and dining table were great for relaxing and enjoying meals. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

The location of the hotel couldn't be any better! It is very close to the tramway, providing easy access to anywhere in the CBD. Additionally, there are plenty of waterfront restaurants nearby, perfect for a delicious meal with a view. One of the reviews mentioned the apartment being clean and neat, ensuring a pleasant stay. Furthermore, the hotel provides facilities such as a hot tub, pool, sauna, and gym, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their time on the property.

There were a few minor maintenance issues reported by guests, such as a missing hinge on a kitchen door and a container with stuff in it.

Our stay at Waterfront was absolutely fabulous. The location was excellent, with a great view of the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite being guests, we were even invited to the building's Christmas party, which was a lovely gesture. The view from our apartment was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful river. the facilities were fantastic, offering a gym, pool, sauna and steam room. We loved the fact that the apartment was fully equipped, allowing us to cook meals when we didn't want to eat out. However, the best thing about this place was the location, with many bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The bed was not comfortable, with two double beds pushed together causing an uncomfortable join in the middle. It was quite unprofessional that the staff just suggested to leave bags in the office corridor without any tags, and the lack of communication made it a security risk.
