My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location was superb, just a short walk from the beautiful esplanade with a great view of the bay. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. the pool area was lovely, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Cairns. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen supplies in our spacious and comfortable room.

If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to have better wifi connectivity. Though we were too busy enjoying our vacation to worry about it, a more reliable connection would have been nice.

During my recent business trip to Cairns, I had the pleasure of staying at Waterfront Terraces Aparthotel, a choice made by our director. the apartment provided a nice size space with a pleasant outdoor seating area, allowing me to relax after a long day.

Loved the spacious apartment with great furniture and a super comfy king-size bed, ideal to relax after a day exploring Cairns. the beach view from our balcony was stunning, and the pool area with BBQ facilities was perfect for chilling out. Just a tiny quibble - the bedroom closest to the hallway got a bit too warm, especially with the dryer vent heat. excellent stay🌴!

Can't get enough of those fresh, unlimited pancake brekkies – true culinary bliss! the spacious apartment and well-equipped kitchen made cooking up a storm a breeze. Plus, the local dining joints like Harbourside Bar & Kitchen, Steak on Lake, and Odett's Cafe were all within a shrimp's toss away.

The beds were a tad small, and the couches were more snug than a croc in a creek. the place ran hotter than a summer day in the bush, and the nearby hospital brought the noise of sirens and choppers.

The spacious unit and awesome shower were spot-on. Plus, having a washer/dryer in the room was a game-changer.

Nah, right, so there were a few hiccups - like the smoker crowd and pest control surprise. Leaky fan and dodgy air con added a bit of drama.

I enjoyed the charming decoration of the hotel, especially the cozy sea, facing balconies that offered a serene spot to relax and admire the ocean view. the general areas were well, maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for senior guests like myself. the easy accessibility of the hotel ensured a stress, free stay for older individuals.

Our stay at the lovely Waterfront Terraces was fantastic! We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the self-catering apartments, the shared barbecue area, and the tranquil pool. the convenient location near the promenade allowed for relaxing walks to nearby bars and restaurants.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We stayed at the great Waterfront Terraces Aparthotel and had a wonderful time. the 1st floor apartment was well equipped and comfortable, with the added bonus of having our own laundry. the manager, Donna, was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, with easy access to the Esplanade and a fantastic view of the gardens, pool, and esplanade. We especially loved the pool right outside our door.

No lifts available, so consider your room choice carefully depending on your age and fitness level.

I loved the view from my balcony, the helpful reception for day trips, and the quiet area. the pool was fantastic for swimming and the Thai restaurant nearby was delicious.

I recently had a fantastic holiday at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with a great view of Trinity Bay and the waterfront esplanade. I loved being able to walk along the shoreline and explore the area. The apartment itself was clean and well-furnished, with a lovely balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel also had great amenities, including a swimming pool and barbecue facilities, which added to the comfort and enjoyment of my stay.

Spacious room with comfy couch, small dining table, aircon, and TV. Well-equipped modern kitchen and decent-sized bathroom. Nice swimming pool. Good value for money.

Nothing not to love.

Spacious rooms with great temperature control made for a comfortable stay during my business trip. the organised day tours were a bonus, with most picking up directly from the accommodation. the view of the waterfront was amazing, and the short and lovely walk along the sealed esplanade provided plenty of choices for bars and eateries.

the non-refundable policy was unexpected. While overall, my stay was comfortable, occasional issues with cleanliness did detract from the experience.
