The location was great and easy to access. The room was clean and had plenty of space. We also appreciated the free coffee and tea in the lounge area.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. They were not accommodating to our needs and made us feel uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by stunning mountains. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived, with a warm welcome drink to start our stay off on the right foot. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we could possibly need, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace provided a cozy spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, and the on-site restaurant and bar offered delicious food and beverages.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The large room on the first floor had a lovely view of the rotunda and gardens. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of tea and coffee available on the landing, and the guests lounge was a cozy space with lots of reading material. I loved the old-fashioned charm of the hotel, it had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The lack of distractions like television, internet, and mobile phone reception added to the tranquility. The location was perfect, right in the center of this beautiful mountain township, making it easy to explore the historic Walhalla valley.
