We loved staying at this hotel! The location was amazing, with the tram station right outside the door and the beach just a short walk away. The hotel staff provided exceptional service and were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. We had a fantastic view of the ocean from our room, and it was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. The hotel had everything we needed, from a restaurant and bar to helpful amenities like laundry and room service. it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in.

There was only one minor issue during our stay. The room service did not top up our consumable facilities on request, and the staff did not do the room in a timely manner despite reminding them repeatedly.

The location was perfect, and I loved that they make their own honey on the roof - I even bought a jar! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

During my visit, I had a minor inconvenience with the bathroom cleanliness, mainly mold and dirty marks on the back of the door. However, this did not significantly affect my overall experience.

My stay at Voco was fantastic! The room was modern and comfortable, with incredible views. I especially loved the honey slice welcome amenity, a unique touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to the light rail. I highly recommend this hotel!

I loved being able to easily walk to the beach and the main strip of shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of options for both adults and kids. everything was fantastic.

I gotta say, I got a great bang for my buck at Voco! The room was clean, comfy, and had a sweet ocean view. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the beach and right next to the tram. The staff treated me like royalty, super friendly and helpful.

Morning meal could use some improvement. The baked goods at the breakfast buffet were a bit stale, like the croissants and hot crossed buns.

The buffet downstairs was faultless, with a wonderful variety of fresh and well-cooked food. The hotel's location near a tram stop made it convenient for getting to theme parks. The 24-hour reception was a nice bonus.

The outdoor swimming pool was a bonus, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and luggage storage facilities.

During our New Year vacation, we had a delightful stay at a hotel in Surfers Paradise. The first thing we loved about this hotel was its convenient location near all the major attractions. We were able to easily walk to the beach, explore the Q1 Tower, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Surfers Paradise. Another fantastic aspect of our stay was the modern and well-maintained room. The comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and ample amenities provided us with a comfortable and relaxing stay. The fast and reliable internet connection was also a big plus.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The buffet breakfast, although adequate, lacked variety and became monotonous after a few days.
