We had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The room was beautiful and cozy with a dreamy bed. The cleanliness standards were top-notch. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were lovely and helpful, assisting us with taxis and tours. The shower was hot and powerful, and the outdoor bathroom was delightful. The hostel was well sound-insulated, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

I had a great stay at this hostel. The dorm bed was spacious and clean, and the hostel had adequate shower rooms and toilets. The lounge area was my favorite, as it was a perfect place to hang out and relax. The strong internet made it possible for me to do remote work. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food served was both delicious and affordable.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help and accommodating to our requests. They helped us arrange tours and transportation, making our stay much more convenient. the location of the hostel was great, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and the beach. It was easy to explore the area and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. - We loved the private bedroom and bathroom in the cozy hostel. It provided a comfortable and romantic atmosphere for our escape. the bed was especially comfy, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of activities.

We encountered insects and lizards in the bathroom at night, which may bother those who are not used to it. It would have been better if the staff took extra measures to keep the bathroom insect-free.

Effortlessly reachable! The staff, though? Pure magic - they radiate warmth, kindness, and an aura of pure goodness. The bar's atmosphere? Utterly captivating! The beds? More comfortable than a hug from a cloud ☁️, air conditioning? Arctic breeze in a box❄️. The showers? Like standing under a waterfall of pure delight ??, and the toilets? Roomy as a royal palace ?. Really liked this place.

Well, I have to be honest: photos don't show the truth. The bungalow we stayed in had a huge mold problem, and the outdoor showers became wet every time it rained.

We had an amazing stay at Maayong Hostel. It's conveniently located just a few minutes away from the main attractions, making it easy for us to explore Moalboal. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our trip was hassle-free, arranging all of our activities and even our transfers. Marine and Ayong were exceptional hosts. the food at the hostel was delicious too! the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the curtains provided privacy. There were also USB ports for charging. the outdoor area was nice and the prices were reasonable for the good options available.

I recently stayed at Maayong Hostel for a few nights during my backpacking trip. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sardines run. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always willing to assist with anything we needed. The geckos in our bungalow were a fun and harmless addition. The smoothie bowl for breakfast was absolutely delicious. The ambiance of the hostel was relaxing and great for socializing with other travelers. The bed space was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. The hostel had a great atmosphere with a beautifully decorated common area and plenty of activities like beer pong and board games.

I had a fantastic stay at Maayong Hostel in Basdoit. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always happy to assist with tour planning and recommendations for motorbike rentals, dinner options, and more. the hostel's atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back, with a beautifully decorated common area where you can hang out and chat with other guests. the dorm room was comfortable and well-equipped, with privacy curtains and lockers for each bunk bed. I especially loved the convenient location, just a short walk from everything in town, including the beach. Maayong set a high standard for my backpacking trip.

our second stay in moalboal was even better thanks to maayong hostel. the bamboo hut with its mosquito-proof design and stunning bathroom made us feel right at home. the friendly staff, delicious food, and convenient location near the beach made it truly unforgettable. we can't wait to come back again!
