We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel is located on a headland with rocky outcrops, providing stunning views over two beautiful beaches - Horseshoe Bay and Greys Bay. The location is ideal for everyone, from couples to families with children of all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Thanksgiving was a blast! Really appreciated the complementary snacks and drinks upon arrival. the beach location and plenty of nearby dining options were perfect for a relaxing holiday. the view from the balcony was stunning, great for long morning coffees.

Major attitude problem at check-in. Arrived at 2pm to a note on the door, staff did not show up for an hour!

The resort is in a stunning location, with two beautiful beaches nearby and a scenic walk to Rose Bay. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a lovely garden view. The balcony provides a fantastic breeze and amazing sunset views. There are also two restaurants within walking distance, offering delicious food.

The swimming pool area is smaller than expected, with limited seating and shade options.

Comfortable bed, friendly service, excellent view, easy room access, upgraded to queen with a view, fabulous sunset and sunrise.

I had an amazing time at a resort with a fantastic location, right by beautiful beaches. The calm waters were perfect for swimming and snorkelling, and the stunning sunsets were a bonus. The rooms were clean and had a wonderful view of the beach and water. The BBQ area was a great spot to cook and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend this resort for a tropical getaway with family or as a couple.

I had a fantastic time staying at this resort. The location was absolutely stunning, with outstanding beauty of the natural environment and beautiful beaches. The room was spacious and had excellent cooking facilities, perfect for preparing my own meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The views from the room were breathtaking, and I loved listening to the gentle waves crashing at night.

That there was limited shade at the pool area, which made it difficult for parents to sit and watch their kids.

Alcohol sold at reception at reasonable prices.

I appreciated the free wi-fi and was pleased to find that the room had a sitting area and dining table with garden furniture on the patio.

This resort offers an exceptional location with beautiful grounds and an unbeatable view of the beach. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed. There are several on-site amenities, including a shop for basic necessities and takeaway alcohol. The Indian restaurant serves delicious meals and there is a bar to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset in the garden. The resort is also close to a great cafe only a short walk away at Horseshoe Bay.

I recently had an incredible stay at a resort in Bowen. Whitsunday Sands Resort was the perfect choice for my trip. the setting was absolutely stunning, with lush green surroundings and a prime beachfront location. I loved waking up to the tranquil and picturesque views from my room and patio. the owners were extremely friendly and welcoming, adding to the lovely family feel of the place. the modern and clean units provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite moments was watching the sunset over the ocean, right from my ocean view room. Whitsunday Sands Resort exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return for my next trip to Bowen.
