Unforgettable Experience in the Heart of Wildlife

the direct entrance to the zoo and the night tours were amazing highlights. the room was modern and comfortable with great amenities, making it a perfect mini getaway for an African Safari-like experience. One improvement could be enhancing the friendliness of the staff.

Rooms face a private animal sanctuary. Nightlife tour was jaw-dropping. Service was SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. Discounted activities were fantastic. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Staff were generous and sociable. Viewing animals was easy, interior/exterior designs were fantastic.

Value for money was exceptional. Room was top-notch with stunning views. Location was perfect and staff were incredibly friendly.

Breakfast items could have more variety.

The morning buffet was stellar with views of the city and harbour. Waking up to koalas outside my window was a hoot. It could have been better if the dinner options were less posh. A bit too fancy for me and my grandkid. the behind-the-scenes tours were a blast, truth be told. It's a gem to wander the zoo sans the masses. the hot and cold breakfast spread was a knockout. A million-dollar vista sealed the deal. Can't wait to go back for some more koala antics.

We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived at Wildlife Retreat. The beautiful lounge area provided a relaxing escape with stunning views. The rooms were comfortable and we loved being able to see the animals up close. The knowledgeable guides on the tours were passionate about conservation. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time during our holiday. the hotel's location in the midst of nature was amazing. We were thrilled to see several kangaroos and wallabies from our room. the tours provided by the hotel were fascinating and informative and we learned a lot about the amazing animals and surroundings. the hotel also provided excellent room service and cleanliness standards were very high. We particularly appreciated the complementary breakfast every morning, which was fresh and varied.

The restaurant signage was not very clear and we had trouble finding it from our room. However, this was only a minor inconvenience that was quickly resolved.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right next to the zoo, and we loved waking up to the incredible views of the harbor, bridge, and opera house. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The room was luxurious and modern, with a view of the wildlife area. The complementary breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the dinner as well. The tour to see native Australian animals was a highlight, and we really appreciated the access to the zoo on both our check-in and check-out days.

This wildlife retreat is nestled in a location that is truly unbeatable. Situated right next to an amazing zoo, guests are treated to a mesmerizing view of Sydney from their rooms. From the lounge area, you can relax while gazing at the picturesque harbor. The rooms themselves are lovely and comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the zoo. The staff are incredibly passionate and knowledgeable, making your stay even more memorable.

The dining experience at the retreat fell short. While the breakfast was decent, there was a lack of options for those who couldn't eat eggs.
