Excellent central location close to tourist attractions and free tram lines. Spacious, dark rooms with comfy beds and coffee pods. Friendly and helpful staff accommodated our late check-in and allowed us to store luggage after check-out. Great gym and pool facilities. Will definitely return in the future.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was right in front of a free tram station and in the free tram zone which made it super easy to get around. The room had great amenities including a kitchen, washing machine and dryer, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The staff was excellent in dealing with the building management to address any issues. The leisure facilities were also a bonus with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

First impression of the reception area was not good, looked disorganized. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standards, with marks on walls and soap scum in the shower.

The view from our room at Winston was absolutely outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised by how far we could see, and it really added to our overall experience. Although the door leading outside was stuck, preventing us from accessing the outdoor space, it was still a shame as we would have loved to enjoy it.

Located near Southern Cross station and in the free tram zone, this apartment offers convenient access to major tram routes. Stay here and you won't be far from the CBD's many attractions. The apartment features great views from the 41st and 52nd floors. Additionally, the manager, lady at reception, and helpful service add to the experience.

Some elevators may be unreliable, leading to potentially long wait times.

The location is excellent, with a 15-minute walk to the convention center. The apartment has a great view of the city and CBD, and it is conveniently located in front of a tram stop for easy transportation around the CBD. The facilities provided, including a dishwasher and washing machine, are convenient for guests. Wi-fi is reliable and provided.

Amazing central location, large rooms with plenty of space. Despite a small issue with dirty bedding, the staff promptly resolved it and provided us with fresh linens. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the view from the room was also amazing.

The room wasn't very clean and there was a lot of noise from outside, which made it difficult to sleep. the shower also didn't work properly, and the staff were not very helpful in resolving these issues.

I had an exceptional stay at Winston Apartments during the Easter holiday. Shelley provided excellent customer service and all the staff were positive and helpful. The location was great, with easy access to transport, shops, and dining options. The apartment had fantastic city views and great facilities. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was good. Having a washing machine and dryer was convenient, and the swimming pool and gym were a bonus. I would love to stay at Winston Apartments again in the future.
