Great views and clean rooms with a modern touch. Convenient location near the waterfront and close to various amenities. the buffet breakfast had a good selection of food at a reasonable price.

Staff could have been more attentive and helpful, particularly with luggage upon arrival. Some miscommunication regarding car parking, which interrupted a nice dinner experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right on the water and a short drive into the centre of town. It was perfect for starting our day of exploring the city, and the car park was super useful. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful, ensuring our room was cleaned and ready for us as a matter of priority. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The comfortable bed provided enhanced comfort, and the amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a hair dryer were all top-notch. the comfort and quality services provided by this hotel made our stay truly enjoyable.

The staff were unable to correct a small overcharge, but this did not detract from the overall positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to others.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the excellent room cleanliness and service. The hotel provided ample on-site parking, and its convenient location near Hobart was a plus. The establishment boasted a variety of bars and restaurants, ensuring plenty of dining options. The highlight was undoubtedly the top-floor revolving restaurant, offering not only delicious food but also a breathtaking view.

We had a fantastic weekend stay with our children at a lovely hotel in the Water Edge section. The room was clean, cosy, and had a magnificent view of the river. The staff were friendly and provided superior service throughout our stay. We were spoiled with a comfortable bed, great food, and even received complimentary breakfast the next morning. The location was perfect for walking and enjoying the outdoors, right in front of the oft. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The location around the Casino area offers some great places to eat and easy access to transport. The Boardwalk meals were exceptional. The room facilities were comfortable and the staff provided excellent service.

We were pleasantly surprised with the comfortable and modern room we were given at the check-in. We enjoyed using the Nespresso machine in the room and watching the great movie selection. The breakfast in the revolving restaurant was delicious, with both hot and cold options to choose from. we recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a lot to offer - great value for money, superb service from friendly staff, and basic amenities and facilities perfect for any traveller. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with a breathtaking view of the harbour. Plus, the location on Level 11 is truly spectacular! Finally, don't forget to check out the breakfast at the coffee house, the food is delicious and the view of the river is amazing!

All in all, this hotel was wonderful and met all our expectations.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and I have to say it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect, situated in a lovely area close to various restaurants, and right in the centre of everything happening on a harbour on the outskirts of the CBD along with a casino. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff who were always there when I needed them to the excellent room service. The room had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The staff even provided a welcome drink upon my arrival.

Although I didn't travel with any children, I'd recommend this place to families looking for a luxurious staycation.

Spending Christmas was a dream come true. the complementary glass of wine at check-in and Christmas crackers on our table made us feel very welcome. the location was perfect, close to shops and right on the water. the highlight for us was the amazing view from our room's balcony, especially at sunset.

The selection of restaurants was a little limited, but there were still some great options. However, the staff at one of the restaurants seemed disinterested in helping us choose a dish.
