The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station and within walking distance of the old town. The room provided a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast offered a good variety of food options. The staff was helpful and gave clear instructions.

Walking distance to the charming old town and the shopping street. Wintergarden Four Seasons had tasty food. Great base for exploring the Tyrolean Alps and ski jump at Bergisel. A centrally located gem!

Room was hotter than a sauna with no A/C. Breakfast mornings were like a treasure hunt, half the items missing or stale.

We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the dining restaurant, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV were nice touches, and the parquet floor added a touch of elegance.

We had a great stay at Neue Post I Contactless Self Check-In. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the Old City. The staff were extremely helpful and made our check-in process very easy. Our room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the hotel's parking was convenient and we were able to leave our car there even after checking out. The soundproofing was impressive, as we didn't hear any noise from the street or hallway. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Neue Post I Contactless Self Check-In.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay, with an impressive spread of cheeses, hams, different eggs, fresh bread, and muesli. The hotel’s location was fantastic, close to the train station and city center, making it easy to get around by foot. we appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and free Wi-Fi throughout our stay.

There was nothing we particularly disliked about our stay. However, we noticed that the hotel rooms could get quite warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Comfortable and clean rooms, perfect location for exploring. Ski storage and free wifi were a great plus. Although the breakfast could be better, I had a fantastic experience overall. I would definitely stay at Neue Post again. I highly recommend this hotel.
