During our Christmas stay, we had a great time at the hotel! the festive ambiance was fantastic, and we loved the colorful and comfortable rooms. the service at the bar and restaurant was excellent, and the terrace provided a beautiful view of the city. the breakfast the next day was delicious, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. the hotel's location was also very convenient, close to all the main attractions.

We did have a few issues during our stay. the mattresses were a bit too hard for our liking, and we ended up with some back pain in the morning.

We had an amazing stay at this venue! The location was perfect, as we were close to all main sights and within walking distance to the city centre. Plus, being in the museum quarter made it even more special, as we could easily access the exhibitions. The neighbourhood was very nice to walk around and explore the town. The service was outstanding, as staff helped with every request and made my partner's birthday a very special occasion. They also provided car hire, tours and ticket assistance, among other amenities. Our room was very comfortable, and we enjoyed many perks such as sitting area and terrace. The restaurant had a variety of options and the bar/lounge area was great for a nightcap.

Had a great New Year's stay at a hotel in Vienna. Loved the unique and quirky interiors, really added to the atmosphere. Check, in and check, out were efficient and hassle, free. the breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. the on, site restaurant was also a bonus, offering delicious food. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to key attractions and easily accessible. the Bluetooth speaker in the room was a nice touch and added convenience. a great experience.

The only downside was that the room was quite warm, and there was no option to control the temperature. It would have also been nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

The hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and a breakfast with an extensive selection of foods and drinks. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the nearby attractions. the room was well-designed and had a beautiful view of the city skyline from the window.

The pillows were too soft and not enough in quantity, making it challenging to have a good night's sleep. we tried to order food from the hotel room, but there was no answer from the reception despite calling several times, which was a bit disappointing.
