The hotel had a very comfortable and stylish design, with antique furnishings and paintings. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with a variety of options available. The location was safe and quiet, with the Duomo just a short walk away. staying at this hotel was a 5 star experience.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Florence and had a wonderful experience. We were blown away by the service and hospitality at Morandi Alla Crocetta. Cristiano, the staff member who greeted us, was incredibly helpful in pointing out the best places to visit in the city. Our room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom and a lovely private courtyard. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at La Carbonata, a nearby restaurant recommended by Cristiano. our stay at Morandi Alla Crocetta made our trip to Florence absolutely terrific.

The staff were incredibly attentive and provided us with helpful recommendations for places to visit and how to get there. They even helped us book a fantastic wine tasting tour. The hotel's traditional decor was lovely and added to its charm. Additionally, its location was perfect, being less than a 10-minute walk from the famous Duomo and surrounded by excellent restaurants.
