During my stay at Alpeiner - Nature Resort Tirol, I was blown away by the stunning views of the valley and mountains. The outdoor swimming pond was a refreshing and enjoyable experience, and the indoor spa exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and breathtaking vistas. I loved relaxing in the large outdoor jacuzzi, which was always fresh and sparkling. The rooms were pristine, with modern rainstorm showers and luxurious towels and robes. The balcony adorned with colorful window boxes was a charming touch. The food served during the six-course evening meals was a delight, with a unique presentation and a diverse menu. The hotel's pass for lifts, buses, and trains allowed easy exploration of the area, and the guided walks and events organized by the hotel were a wonderful addition to my trip. my stay was excellent, with the only minor inconvenience being some traffic noise from the main valley road.

Great location and clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was satisfying and the pool area was enjoyable with a sauna and jacuzzi to relax in.

The staff was cold and unapproachable, with no attempts to make us feel welcome. The parking lot was small and always full, we struggled to find space for our car.
