The location was mind, blowing, just steps from the beach and town, with jaw, dropping ocean views. the friendly staff and well, equipped airstream made for a super comfortable and UNFORGETTABLE stay! .

The staff were top-notch, always ready to lend a hand and provide excellent service. the location was unbeatable with a short stroll to the beach for walks and swims, offering fantastic views. BBQ facilities made for a great evening cookout, although a minor hiccup with power shortage one morning, but nothing that dampened the overall wonderful experience. 🏖️

The location of this hotel was fabulous, just a short drive from the lighthouse and within walking distance to the heart of town. the beach access points might have been closed due to sand dune erosion, but the stunning beach was still accessible. the staff were friendly and fantastic from the start, providing excellent customer service. We were impressed by their willingness to print border passes for us and how they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the bed in our cabin was really comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One area that could be improved upon is communication regarding maintenance work. Upon check-in, we experienced some inconvenience as water was turned off for repairs, affecting our plans for the evening.

The location of Reflections Byron Bay - Holiday Park was perfect for my family as it was close to beaches, a short walk to the town centre, and a quick drive to the lighthouse. the villa was beautiful, with spacious rooms and modern facilities, including a well-stocked kitchen. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning was a great touch. the direct beach access and BBQ facilities added to our relaxation, while nearby landmarks like the Arakwal National Park and Watego's Beach provided unique experiences that enhanced our family bonding time.

Great beachfront location and friendly staff, but the cabins are in dire need of updating and thorough cleaning for a more comfortable stay.

The location of the park is absolutely fantastic, as it is right on a beautiful beach where you can hear the soothing sound of the waves at night. The amenities at the park are well maintained and extremely clean. There are a variety of facilities available, including camp kitchens with cooking equipment, fridges, and barbecues, ensuring convenience for all guests.

One of the cabins in the park was located near the check-in/out area, which may not be ideal for families with young children who prefer a more secluded area to play and access the park easily.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The location was perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance to town. The cabin we stayed in was well-equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed having a galley kitchen and the sound of the waves crashing all day was amazing. It was also great to have a little playground for the kids. the location, amenities, and cabin were excellent.

There were a couple of negatives. The cabins on the beachfront campsite were quite close to each other, so privacy was limited.

Spent Christmas in a beachside camping spot and we enjoyed strolling along the paved paths to reach the shops just a few mins away. the clean and spotless toilets and shower facilities made camping a bit easier. it was great being able to walk to the landmark nearby, taking in the stunning views.

The campsite proved to be a let-down for us as the dirt pitches were overrun with wild turkeys. the site felt cramped and noisy at times, particularly when a nearby live music venue played until the early hours which made it hard to sleep.

The park was also great for my 5-year-old child, who had a blast playing in the park and riding his bike and scooter. The noise level was minimal compared to other parks we have stayed at. I loved my time at Reflections Holiday Parks and would highly recommend it.
