Beautiful surroundings, cozy interior. Most friendly staff, great variety of tasty food, vegetarian options available. Nice, clean room, comfortable ski room. Convenient communication to/from the glacier. Ski pass available at the reception. Very nice jacuzzi and pool. Several saunas. Dog friendly.

Great service from the staff, location is perfect with easy access to transportation and attractions nearby, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and they even had a variety of options for special diets. The spa facilities were also amazing!

The internet connection was weak and slow, which made it difficult to use. the main dish some nights was dry and tasteless, which was a bit disappointing.
