Wonderful attention to detail with deluxe rooms, delicious and varied 5-course dinners, and great spa treatments. Private boat tour to swim with turtles was a highlight. Friendly and kind staff, especially Donny, Nuiman, and Rosi. Pricey with a 20% service charge.

During our stay at the hotel, we were blown away by the location. The restaurant, accompanied by live musicians, added an elegant touch to our meals. We also enjoyed the platform by the beach, where we could relax and take in the stunning views. The pier, beautifully decorated by the attentive staff, provided a picturesque spot for sunset strolls. the hotel's proximity to other Gili Islands gave us the opportunity to explore more of the surrounding area.

One small downside was the lack of a sandy beach directly in front of the hotel. However, this was easily overlooked by the many other fantastic features and experiences the hotel had to offer.

The welcome drink and towel provided on check-in were refreshing after a long flight, and the room was clean and modern. The location near the airport was convenient for business travel, and the fast Wi-Fi allowed me to work efficiently. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to start the day.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to guests' needs. The room had a musty odor and lacked proper ventilation. The gym was small and outdated, with limited equipment. the experience was underwhelming and did not live up to the price paid.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities. the spa and wellness center was a highlight, offering a wide range of treatments in a serene environment. the infinity pool, surrounded by sun loungers and beach umbrellas, offered stunning views of the garden area and beachfront. the restaurant provided delicious in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar options. the private facilities in our room were exclusive and comfortable, including an outdoor shower and Hermes toiletries.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of live entertainment options in the hotel. this was not a major problem as the location advantages more than made up for it, with easy access to the beach and island tours arranged by the accommodating staff.
