We recently stayed at Alpinresort in Saalbach and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially with our baby. The spa and pool facilities were lovely and well maintained. The food was fresh and delicious, with amazing chefs. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. the service, facilities, and food were top-notch. We are already planning to return next year!

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, fast wifi, good variety of food. Special arrangements made for our anniversary. Duplex suite with jacuzzi, romantic lights, music player, sauna. Excellent spa facilities, convenient to ski hire and slopes. Helpful bar staff and approachable kitchen and waitstaff. Wonderful service, facilities, and food, especially for our baby. All-inclusive with abundance and fresh, tasty food. Great spa facilities and daily cocktails. Close to everything, perfect for non-skiers.

We stayed at a hotel right in the centre of the town, which was perfect as it allowed us easy access to everything. The rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel had a spa area with great facilities, such as a pool and relaxation zone, which were a real treat after a long day of skiing. The staff provided excellent service and the food was of high quality, with a varied breakfast and lunch buffet and a delicious evening dining experience.

Some aspects of the hotel lacked finesse, such as the kitchen not meeting expectations and the staff seeming more like wage slaves rather than fully invested in the hotel's ethos.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to slopes and main gondolas. Near everything. The hotel is very clean, with excellent facilities. It's conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the main gondolas, making it easy to access the slopes.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town and just a short walk to the main gondolas. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they guided us every step of the way and provided excellent service. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. We loved relaxing at the spa and wellness center, with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and jacuzzi. The whole place was extremely clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. we felt pampered and well taken care of during our stay here.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had a fantastic New Year break in the mountains. the food was delicious, especially the 4-course evening meals and the huge variety of breakfast options. the spa area was a highlight, with multiple saunas and a large pool which was great after a day of skiing. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the lifts and the main street. the complimentary ski hire and school just around the corner was a huge bonus.

The hotel room decor was a bit dated and could do with some modernisation. the lack of lockers in the ski room was also a downside, but CCTV made up for it.
