The hotel had a wide variety for breakfast, including options like salad and bread. The room itself was clean and had been recently refurbished, with modern design elements in the bathroom and a television.

The location of the hotel wasn't very convenient, with no convenience store or bustling area nearby. the pool area and restaurant were outdated and not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel.

During my recent stay at La Casa Hanoi, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the deluxe room. The service staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful, providing us with directions and recommendations for places to visit in the area. The highlight of our stay was the free upgrade to a suite on our last night, which made for a luxurious experience. Despite the hotel being a bit of a distance from the Old Quarter, the overall stay was very pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful and quiet street close to the famous Opera House. We loved how we could easily walk to most of the city's attractions, including the beautiful lake and bustling open markets.

The pool was not suitable for children's sensitive skin as it caused a rash.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. The varied menu for breakfast was delicious, from fresh salads to warm bread. The staff were courteous and they made sure that my stay was comfortable. the location was convenient; a short walk away were plenty of restaurants and shops.

Old hotel and bathroom design flaw. Although the hotel seemed aged, it was still clean and adequate.
