I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, with the gondola just next to the hotel, making it easy and convenient to reach the slopes in just 15 minutes. The service provided was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The housekeeping staff ensured that everything was tidy and clean throughout my stay. The hotel also offers a variety of shops and commercial services, as well as laundry facilities. The airport shuttle service was a great convenience, and the staff even welcomed me with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room amenities were excellent, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. The mini-bar was well-stocked and the sitting area provided a comfortable space to relax. I especially loved the terrace, where I could enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. The hotel also has a stunning garden area with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. the quality of service and the comfort provided by this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Our New Year's vacation was ruined by terrible service in the hotel restaurant. the waiter was rude and unaccommodating when we tried to make a simple request for our food.

I loved the self-service juice machine that allowed me to make fresh orange, carrot, celery, and beetroot juice. The staff was kind and attentive, and the hotel provided a fixed table for the duration of my stay. The spa facilities were lovely, with clean saunas and a relaxing room with a view. The location was perfect for skiing, and overall, the staff, facilities, and cleanliness were top-notch.
