This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was outstanding. I couldn't believe how much I got for the price I paid. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Finally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the sunrise from the big terrace on the first floor. The attention to detail in the amenities provided were also a nice touch. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel.

The hotel offered a variety of SPA facilities, including indoor pools, saunas and Turkish baths which were really enjoyable. It's a great location for a weekend getaway, and the rooms had a serene vibe and were spacious. the restaurant served delicious food and the staff was very friendly and attentive to the guests' needs.

The outdoor pools were not heated, which made them uncomfortable to use, especially when the weather was cold. the breakfast selection was limited, but the mekitsi were tasty.

We had a great weekend getaway as a family at this hotel! The staff was friendly and managed everything well, even upgrading us to spacious apartments for free. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including delicious mekitsi. The hotel also had a nice kids room and plenty of parking space. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and village below from our balcony.

The bathroom had a persistent smell and the ventilation didn't work properly.
