I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in the city. The metro stations were also conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore further. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. They even gave me a warm welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room air conditioning and comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. the service and quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was located near many parks and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the city on foot. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the welcoming and accommodating staff. the hotel offered some complementary amenities such as high-quality toiletries and a comfortable bed.

Our experience was marred by the poor housekeeping and maintenance of the room. Some basic amenities such as cotton buds and conditioner were not adequately restocked and the bathroom had a flickering lightbulb that was not fixed during our entire stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring all the tourist sites and enjoying the vibrant restaurant scene. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The staff, both at the front desk and in the bar/restaurant, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. We also loved the breakfast selection, which had a wide variety of delicious options.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom at Hotel Am Konzerthaus Vienna - Mgallery. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to important museums and the shopping area. The breakfast was varied, tasty, and served quickly. The staff at the reception were very nice and communicative, providing helpful information about the city.

Although the room was clean, I found the furniture to be quite old and not as fancy as I had expected from a 4-star hotel. The air conditioning in the room was adjusted automatically and we couldn't change the temperature, resulting in some chilly mornings.
