Our stay was in a central location, right on the main shopping strip, and close to delicious restaurants. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The bathroom was large and well-equipped with quality products and a great hair dryer.

The Ambassador Hotel is fantastic, with an excellent location between two bustling streets. The nearby Karntner pedestrian mall and Neuer Markt Str. offer a variety of shops and attractions. The hotel staff at the reception were friendly, patient, and provided detailed explanations to all my queries. The suite I was upgraded to was spacious, with a comfortable living room and bedroom. The bathroom was large and well-maintained, with a separate toilet and bidet. I also enjoyed the rich and tasty breakfast, served by friendly and helpful dining room staff.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and impeccable service. the garden area provided a serene escape from the bustling city, while the chic bar offered a great spot for a pre, dinner cocktail. the in, room breakfast was a delightful touch, and the restaurant's special diet menus catered perfectly to our needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was the construction noise from the nearby area. this was only during the day and did not disturb our peaceful nights.

Spent my Thanksgiving at a beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Vienna. the complimentary drinks at the bar were a nice touch after a long flight. the central location was perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city. Also appreciated the helpful staff who gave great local recommendations.
