The view from the room was absolutely stunning. We were able to enjoy the beauty of the city from our window every day. The room design was exquisite, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The rainfall shower and marble design added a touch of elegance to our stay. The facilities at Andaz were excellent, especially the wellness area on the fourth floor. We indulged in the delicious breakfast every morning, which offered a variety of options, including tasty juices and fresh fruits. The rooftop bar, although we didn't have a chance to visit, came highly recommended by other guests. we had a delightful experience at Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere - A Concept By Hyatt.

While our stay at Andaz had many positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. the menu at the restaurant seemed a bit heavy, and we found the fish dishes to be just okay.

Stunning design and architecture of the building. Complimentary snacks and wine in the evening are a nice touch.

Fresh and new room with a stunning design and attention to detail. The room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities. The electric window shades and good air conditioning made a big difference, especially in the summer heat. The free non-alcoholic drinks in the lobby were a nice touch, and the complimentary mini bar in the room was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with exceptionally clean rooms and lovely bathrooms. Large, well-equipped bedrooms with plenty of towels, bathrobes, and slippers. Pleasant and helpful staff. Huge choice of food at breakfast and excellent dining options for dinner. Great views of Belvedere Palace and the city center. Conveniently located near the main train station.

Felt like home, no complaints.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the variety of breakfast offerings and the delicious meals at the hotel restaurant. Another plus was the rooftop bar, where I enjoyed the view along with a hot chocolate and cocktail. the main train station was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to catch an early train.

The room TV only offered basic channels and the cast function wasn't working properly. the limited selection for room service food and beverages was also a disappointment.

This hotel is pure luxury! the exclusive amenities surpassed our expectations, from the Spa & wellness center, to the Steam room, Sauna, and Spa lounge. the room advantages were outstanding, from the cozy and artistic design, comfortable bed, and private facilities, to the amazing restaurant and bar/lounge area. the Garden area provided us with a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for relaxation.

the receptionist seemed a bit impatient and distracted when attending to us, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at a modern hotel near the central train station in Vienna. The room had a boutique-hotel feel with a bright interior and a separate bathroom and toilet, beautifully designed with a small window to allow in natural light. The service was excellent, with friendly and well-trained staff. The breakfast selection was satisfying and offered options for special dietary needs. The hotel also had a rooftop bar with delicious cocktails and a lovely view. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and tram stations.

The TV channel selection could have included more international stations with English movies/series.

Loved staying at this hotel! The breakfast was excellent, Belvedere is only a short walk, and the room was modern and clean. Although there was a construction site nearby, my room had a lovely view of the park. I highly recommend Andaz.

I recently stayed at Andaz in Vienna for a week-long business trip. The room was fresh, new, and nicely decorated with excellent cleanliness. The daily cleaning service and pleasant room scent made my stay even more enjoyable. The amenities, including electric window shades and good air conditioning, ensured a comfortable temperature throughout the day. The sound insulation was impressive, as I had no trouble sleeping despite the proximity to the train station. The complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the lobby and mini-bar were a nice touch. The restaurant, Eugen21, exceeded my expectations with its tasty dishes. The breakfast buffet offered a fabulous variety of fresh products, and the staff was always helpful.
