For the value, Kings Suite offered a spacious room with all the necessary facilities. The central location was perfect, allowing us to explore Rome easily. The staff, especially the man who booked us in, was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

When it came to breakfast choices, it would have been better if they offered more variety.

The hotel's location near the metro station and within walking distance to the Spanish Steps area was very convenient. The room was lovely and well-maintained, with daily cleaning. The staff, particularly the young lady who helped with breakfast and cleaning, were friendly and went out of their way to assist despite the language barrier. The vicinity was filled with coffee shops, restaurants, and a well-stocked grocery store.

We loved our stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful modern bathroom. The staff walked us to our room, providing excellent service. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major landmarks and easy access to public transport. I had an amazing experience staying at a hotel in Rome. The location couldn't be better - right by the Trevi Fountain and close to everything by foot. It made sightseeing so convenient. The room was cozy and spacious, providing me with a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the free coffee and teas in the room were a nice touch. excellent value for money.

That the reception was not open 24/7. However, this didn't significantly impact my stay as the staff was still easily accessible and responsive during their operating hours.

Our room faced a side street, so street noise was minimal. Within walking distance to all the main attractions. We stayed at a hotel during New Year's that offered complimentary breakfast and a modern, clean room. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions and there was a Co-op supermarket nearby with quality food. the locked corridor and old elevator added character to the experience.

The soundproofing was poor, which made it difficult to sleep with noise from other rooms. We also had an issue with housekeeping as our room was not cleaned despite leaving a card out to request it.

Lovely room with daily cleaning and a nice street view. Helpful young lady despite language barrier. Great location between Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Lots of shopping and cafes nearby. Old elevator adds to the Rome experience.
