I had a wonderful stay at Arcotel! The hotel staff were incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with excellent tips for exploring Salzburg. I loved the common spaces and the beautiful garden where I could relax with a drink. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day of sightseeing. The location was convenient, with a bus station nearby and even a walkable distance to the town center. And the breakfast, oh my! It was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Salzburg.

The location was perfect for me, as it was just a pleasant 10-minute walk along the river to the city center.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by public transport. The room we stayed in had two separate spaces, which was perfect for our family, and it even had an extra WC. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the best we've ever slept on. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and everything was fresh and delicious.

This lack of consistency was confusing. Another negative aspect was that the room tended to get quite hot, despite the weather already being hot outside.
