Also loved the coffee – the perfect start to the day. the location couldn't have been better – I was only a short walk from the city center, and in a great spot for public transportation. That the street noise was a bit of an issue at night – definitely had to wear earplugs to get a decent night's sleep. But honestly, it wasn't a huge problem.

The reception on arrival was friendly and the staff made me feel very welcome. The triple room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, perfect for two adults and a teenager. The beds were cozy and the room, as well as the bathroom, were spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel was great, with trams running right by and the Schotten Ring Tram and U-Bahn Hub just a short walk away. I also enjoyed the convenience of having the Shooters bar/restaurant next door, accessible from the hotel lobby. I found the hotel to be excellent value for the price I paid.

Although my stay was generally enjoyable, I did find that the lack of air conditioning in the room was a downside, especially during the hot weather. With the windows open, the noise from the busy street outside made it difficult to sleep.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the old Imperial Palace, the Hofburg. I could easily explore the city as it was right next to the tram line to the city centre. It only took me 25 minutes to walk to the Hofburg. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided a good selection of food. I also enjoyed the view from my room, overlooking the beautiful cityscape.

I did find that the elevator only went up to the fourth floor, so I had to walk up to the fifth floor.
