The hotel is also in close proximity to the train station, allowing for easy access to and from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offers a decent selection, ensuring a good start to the day. Guests can also enjoy a pleasant view of the city from some of the rooms.

There were some issues with the staff's professionalism, which could have been improved for a more pleasant experience.

had an amazing family holiday in Innsbruck, Central exceeded our expectations! Loved the spacious loft room, separate sleeping zones, and the cute balcony. The night concierge gave great dining recommendations and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Super friendly and helpful staff, and the location was perfect.

Excellent location, clean room, and great breakfast. We had a cozy room for 3 with a nice rooftop balcony. The buffet breakfast had many options. The hotel even provided free bike rentals for exploring. I would recommend this hotel.

the front-desk staff, particularly Tanijia, were extremely pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and had all the basic necessities. As a solo traveler, it was just what I needed. the hotel also provided a free shuttle to various ski slopes near Central, which was very convenient. the cafe on-site was average but convenient.

Conveniently located, with stunning views of the mountains. The building has old world charm and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including preparing us a breakfast to-go on our early departure. The sauna and steam room were a great bonus, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The triple room was perfect for us, with two bathrooms and all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the small closed balcony where we could relax in the evenings. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the train station, historical town, shops, and tourist attractions. The staff, including Darius, Maximilian, and the curly-haired gentleman, provided exceptional service and were always cheerful and helpful. We truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

On the contrary, the cafe staff was quite unfriendly and sometimes even rude. the room was not as luxurious as expected for a 4-star hotel, and the view from our window left us wanting for more.
