We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of famous landmarks such as Bryggen and the fish market. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Manuel, the restaurant manager. We were even more surprised when we saw the room they put us in, with a view of the harbor and Bryggen. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and high-quality food. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel for three days, and it truly provided me with a comfy stay. After traveling for almost 35 hours, the location warmed the cockles of my heart as it was still close to the heart of the city center, with all the attractions within minutes of walking distance. The view overlooking the harbor was simply breathtaking, and it added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The hotel provided a wide range of services and amenities, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful, making my stay even more memorable.

I only have one minor suggestion - it would have been nice if the hotel had notified me by phone when my room was ready. Additionally, the lobby bar only opened from 17:00, which limited my options for drinks during the day.
