During our New Year stay, we absolutely loved the amazing dinner arranged by the staff to celebrate my wife's birthday. the pool and spa facilities were excellent, providing a great way to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. the presence of a Tesla charger was a convenient bonus for electric car owners.

The playroom and the spa didn't open until later in the morning and afternoon respectively, which was inconvenient for us with young children who wake up early and nap during lunchtime. the children's buffet, although a lovely idea, offered mostly unhealthy options like fries and fried fish sticks.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the ski gondola, making it easy to access the ski area. Guests can enjoy the spacious rooms with amenities such as a living room, balcony, and comfortable bedding. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to start the day off right. Additionally, the hotel has a nice wellness area with an indoor pool and sauna world.

One downside is that the bar area allows smoking, which may be unpleasant for non-smokers.

The hotel also provided a shuttle service, making it easy to get to the train station and explore other restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were extremely friendly and offered top-notch service, from room service to housekeeping. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which had a fantastic indoor swimming pool and sauna. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Spent the new year at a hotel in Austria and had a great experience! the hotel was conveniently located close to the ski lifts, which was essential for us as we were there mainly for skiing. the staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home. the food was also amazing, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities which were perfect to relax in after a long day of skiing.

Although we had a great stay, the rooms were a bit cold at night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. However, overall we had a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others planning a ski holiday in Austria.
