We spent a blissful week at this hotel for a much-needed relaxed family getaway. the design of the villas is stunning, offering incredible ocean views and private pools that were perfect for unwinding. the welcoming lounge and water shuttle added a lovely touch to our arrival. Our dedicated butler, Bao, was exceptional, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a delicious selection to start our days right.

The staff is helpful, offering excellent service and assistance. The breakfast served is delicious and fulfilling, providing a great start to the day. Guests can indulge in various activities like hiking and relaxing in their private pools.

Some guests experienced difficulties in communicating with the staff due to language barriers.

Spa treatments were very relaxing and the scenery was lovely with one of the most beautiful views in Vietnam. the meals are excellent and consistently flavorful. Plus, there is the option to go for kayaking and experience a glimpse of wildlife.

The room had a lot of mosquito and spider webs which ruined our pleasant evening at the resort. Wi-Fi services are unreliable and the price of bottles of wine was outrageous.

The pricing at the resort's restaurant was a bit expensive compared to other luxury hotels, and the quality of the sea was not as expected. Additionally, there was plastic waste on the beaches surrounding the resort, which could be improved.

We had an exceptional stay at this luxurious eco retreat nestled in the hillsides with direct access to an idyllic beach. We were impressed with the stylish and unique villas, equipped with exclusive amenities such as a stunning private pool, a comfortable bed facing the sea, and a large bathroom with a mini, spa. the restaurant, an architectural masterpiece, served tasty and fresh food with plenty of options on the menu. the staff was helpful and discreet, providing us with drinking water and housekeeping services while respecting our privacy.

Although the resort made an obvious effort to restore the venue after the typhoon, we noticed plastic waste outside of the groomed areas. While this is a problem that needs addressing in some Asian countries, we believe that hotels could play a leading role in educating their guests and reducing plastic usage on their properties.
