Inconvenient and Disorganized Service

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was really great, just a minute's walk from the metro station. The area was quiet, which we actually preferred over other parts of the city. The hotel was also conveniently located near a bus stop for the airport bus. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also loved the terrace and in-room safe provided. The dining options were great, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar available. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety, and the staff at the restaurant and bar were lovely. The overall cleanliness and neatness of the hotel was impressive.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Vienna for five nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, away from the touristy areas, but still conveniently close to the U-bahn. The facilities, including the large lounge and bar area, were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent sound insulation. The view of Prater from my room was spectacular. The breakfast, although a bit pricey for South Africans, was delicious with a variety of options. The minibar even had ice-cream! The staff, particularly Victoria at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. a great stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with its great location. It's not in the city centre, but the metro station is right next to the hotel which made traveling around the city so easy. This hotel is situated in a quiet area with quick U access. The service was fantastic, and the staff at reception desk were always helpful and friendly. The room had everything I needed and more, including a flat-screen tv, free toiletries, and tea and coffee facilities. The spa & wellness centre was a highlight, and the sauna and solarium were great ways to relax after a long day exploring the city.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends as it ticked all the boxes for me.

The staff were fantastic and always ready to help with whatever we needed. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good shower and bathroom. the gym and sauna were great, a surprising bonus for a city break.

The internet connection was very poor, constantly cutting out and requiring frequent reconnection. the spa facilities, including the hammam and sauna, were not up to par, and it took a long time to get them to the right temperature.

The hotel offers a variety of snacks and drinks for purchase in the lobby. It would be very nice if these items could be purchased/charged to the room at the bar, and one should not queue with these items at the check-in desks. Nicely located just 4 minutes walk from Krieau metro station, right next to the head office of the austrian petrol giant.

The hotel is located in a business district which is next to the Vienna fair and the Economy University of Vienna. We visited there during Christmas period where all the restaurants and other facilities are closed.

As business guests, we loved the comfortable rooms and amazing bathroom. The hotel's parking was affordably priced at just 20 euros a day, a great deal for Vienna. The location was perfect, with a metro station just a 2-minute walk away, making it convenient to reach the city center in just 20 minutes. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was of a good size. Additionally, the hotel was situated near a beautiful lake or garden, adding to its charm.

We had a great experience at Courtyard. the location was perfect, with easy access to the U-Bahn and good connections. the AC was intuitive and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the staff was very kind and the decoration created a nice atmosphere. the shampoo had a lovely scent, adding to the overall experience. We were impressed by the spacious room and the view. Although the location initially seemed far, the nearby U-Bahn station allowed for quick access to the center. Safety was also a priority, with mask requirements in place. Lastly, the breakfast options were incredible, making us loyal customers to the Courtyard brand.
