The location was great, close to the major sights and transportation. The room was clean and comfortable. And they went above and beyond to provide a baby cot for us, even though we requested it last minute. I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was perfect as we were surrounded by a lot of restaurants and shops. The room service was impeccable and the staff who took care of our every request were outstanding, especially the female receptionist. The leisure facilities like the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were amazing. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were great amenities that made our stay even more comfortable.

We recommend this place to family and friends, even though the staff did not speak English when we asked about the bill and ignored our request.
