We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food to choose from. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city's bustling bazaar and close to all the shops. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool which was a hit with our kids. We also appreciated the useful advice and recommendations from the helpful staff regarding transportation and local attractions.

Everything was fantastic, we had no complaints whatsoever.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was perfect as we were surrounded by a lot of restaurants and shops. The room service was impeccable and the staff who took care of our every request were outstanding, especially the female receptionist. The leisure facilities like the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were amazing. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were great amenities that made our stay even more comfortable.

We recommend this place to family and friends, even though the staff did not speak English when we asked about the bill and ignored our request.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 2-minute walk from Vezneciler Metro and close to Laleli University tram. The easy access to public transportation makes it convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family with kids. The staff provided great service and were attentive to our needs. The breakfast offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The view from the higher floors was breathtaking, especially near the Tram station Gulhane and Hagia Sophia.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. Some switches and knobs were dirty and in need of attention.
