The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to subway and bus stops, as well as popular attractions like the museum quarter and the Nachtmarket. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check into our room a couple of hours early. Additionally, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning and a small refrigerator.

The temperature of the room was also difficult to regulate, as the duvets were thick and made us feel too hot at night. Furthermore, we had some confusion with the breakfast charges, as we thought it was included but ended up being charged a high amount for only visiting the breakfast room for a glass of juice on some days.

The breakfast at the hotel was a great way to start the day as it was full of options. Being close to plenty of restaurants made it easy to find something for every meal. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily walk to all the major attractions in the city. , the spa was an amazing place to relax and reset after a day of sightseeing.

The room felt a bit cramped and didn't offer much space to maneuver without bumping into furniture. The noise from the street outside carried into the room and made it difficult to sleep peacefully.
