I really loved staying at this hotel in the center of Bergamo. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff at the reception desk were especially helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view and a luxurious bath/shower. The daily housekeeping service ensured that the room and the big fluffy towels were always fresh and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, but the highlight for me were the mouthwatering cakes and pastries.

I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. The location, the helpful staff, and the comfortable rooms all contributed to making my stay here a memorable one.

As a solo traveler, I had a great experience staying at Capello D'Oro in the lower part of Bergamo. The location was very convenient, especially for accessing Bergamo Alta and the airport. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful, and the hotel itself had a very good location. I found my single room to be exceptionally clean, with a newly furnished and decorated bathroom. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the overall value for money was good. I would definitely stay at this Best Western Signature Collection hotel again.

We were delighted with our stay at Hotel Cappello D'Oro. As part of the Signature Collection, the rooms were superb, especially the luxurious bathrooms. The staff were friendly and the location was optimal for train travelers, just a few hundred meters from the railway station. It was also a short 10-minute walk to the funicular that takes you to Citta Alta. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and overall, we had a great experience.
