This hotel is literally in the center of Bad Hofgastein, making it a great location for exploring the town and meeting friends on an evening. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with attention to detail and friendly assistance throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including a decent feast of both hot and cold options. The ski and boot room was a standout feature, with heated boot racks and warmed loops to ensure our gear was dry and ready for the slopes.

All was great, no improvements needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of town. The location was perfect, right around the corner from the Therma Spa. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the shower and balcony, were exactly what I needed. Plus, the breakfast included in the price was a great start to the day.

Great central spot to explore the city. Nice clean room with fresh towels every day. The breakfast was an enjoyable start to the day with a good range of food options on offer!

The staff were rude and unhelpful. The entrance was hard to find, as there was no clear signage or directions provided.
