This place is located in a quiet and nice area, very close to the tram station and metro. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the dining restaurant, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax in the evenings. The hotel also offered services like room service and car hire, which added to the convenience of my stay. I had a pleasant experience here and would recommend it to everyone.

I stayed at Living Hotel for two weeks and it was perfect for my needs. The room with a kitchenette was exactly what I was looking for. The bed was comfortable, and the maid service was impeccable. The daily complimentary beer and water was a special treat. The hotel's restaurant was good, and the neighboring Oberlaa konditorei is the best in town. The front of house staff, particularly Valentina, were extremely helpful and friendly. The mini bar with complimentary beverages was a nice surprise.
