I recently stayed at a lovely hotel located on a stunning golf course, right by a serene "lake." The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of golfing. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options to start the day off right. Being surrounded by nature and enjoying the beautiful views of the "lake" made my stay truly memorable.

Some aspects of the hotel's service did not meet my expectations.

The remote location made transportation to and from the hotel difficult. The facilities and hotel layout were poorly maintained and confusing to navigate.
