Had a fantastic time during my Christmas stay at this hotel. the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. the location was ideal, being close to the city centre and offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Having gated parking was a definite advantage, providing security and peace of mind for my car. a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

One minor downside was the noise from the road outside, but this is expected in a central location and can easily be mitigated by closing the windows. the bed was a bit too soft for my liking and the room felt a bit cramped with a cot inside.

I recently stayed at the Stay Company on Friar Gate and had a wonderful experience. The key in the lock box at the street entrance made check-in a breeze and allowed me to enter whenever I wanted. The secure parking was a great bonus as well. The two-floor apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The fridge was stocked with water, there were plenty of utensils and amenities, and I especially appreciated the little extras like tea bags and biscuits. The bathroom was nice, although it could benefit from a support rail and an anti-slip mat in the bath. The location of the apartment was perfect, right near restaurants, bars, and the city center. The communication with the staff over the phone was pleasant and they were quick to address any issues. I had a great stay and would highly recommend the Stay Company on Friar Gate.

We had a fantastic stay at this well-equipped and quiet apartment. It was perfect for our Christmas visit to family, with clean and cosy rooms. The location was great, with the city centre and restaurants within walking distance. The free on-site parking was a bonus. We especially enjoyed the en-suite and the quality of the beds and pillows. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better would be more variety in the breakfast options.

The Stay Company is my first choice of accommodation in Derby. The apartments are comfortable, well laid out and have everything you need whilst away from home. The team goes the extra mile for their guests, especially Evie who was super helpful when I had an issue with the heating system. The personal touches like the hand-written mail and welcome card made me feel truly cared for. The property is secure and well-maintained, with a safe parking area. a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely apartment in Friar's Gate. the location was great, just a short walk from town with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. the apartment had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. the bathroom was nice and the apartment had some nice touches like good coffee and a selection of water. the private parking was also a bonus. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I couldn't believe the value for money at Stay Company, Friar Gate. The apartment was perfect, with all the amenities I needed and more. The location was great, just a short walk to the Enterprice building and a nearby grocery store. The staff, led by Dan, were friendly and attentive, making me feel truly taken care of. Also, finding a hand-written note in my apartment and some complimentary water and milk in the fridge was a lovely touch.

Stayed at The Stay Company in Derby for 2 nights. Perfect location, close to eateries, shopping, and easy access to explore. Well-equipped and comfortable rooms. Abundance of hot water, although it was scalding. Notices to warn guests would be helpful. Spacious and clean, with nice touches like milk, sparking and fizzy water, and individual cereals provided. Traffic noise was minimal due to great double glazing. Conveniently close to town center, restaurants, and bars.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, being close to the city center and within walking distance of several pubs and restaurants. There was also a convenient grocery store just across the road, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The apartment provided a range of facilities, including a kitchenette, washing machine, and TV with Netflix. The spacious veranda at the back of the apartment was a particularly impressive feature, providing a great place to relax.

The lack of a lift meant having to carry luggage up a narrow flight of stairs, which was inconvenient. it was mentioned that the bedrooms were small and lacked space for luggage, making it difficult for guests to fully unpack and settle in comfortably.
