The hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of the old town, allowing easy access to the cathedral and other attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the friendly and welcoming staff provided excellent service throughout our time there.

The elevator in our building was not directly accessible, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues.

The room at Elefant Family Business was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for me and my family of three. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, keeping us cool during the hot weather. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the Salzburg Festival Hall. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with directions and even assisting me when I twisted my ankle. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as having to change elevators and the lack of coffee/tea facilities in the room, I had a pleasant stay at Elefant Family Business.
