the hotel's location was perfect, right in front of the tramline station. It was incredibly easy to reach the main center of the city in just 8 minutes using the 44 tramline. the breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing, with a variety of healthy and delicious food options. We were particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, especially Gülten in the café, Yana at the reception, and the friendly bellboy. They were always attentive and solved any problems we had. the cleanliness of the hotel and the privacy provided were also commendable. it was a very pleasant stay, and we highly recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking view from our room on the 6th floor. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The hotel was conveniently located near a subway station and tram stop. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

They truly deserve the best employee star of the hotel. the hotel itself was quiet and impeccably clean. the location was perfect, especially if you're attending an event at Wiener Stadthalle. the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was great. it was excellent value for money.

We loved the excellent location of this hotel as it is right in the city center and on tram route 44 to the cathedral square. Moreover, it is right in front of a tram station, making it the best place to stay for the area that we had things to do. The room amenities were fantastic, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar. We also enjoyed the soundproofed rooms, which helped us have a peaceful sleep. The dining experience was impressive, with restaurant and bar/lounge area, plus a special diet menu. The staff at the reception desk was welcoming and helpful.

Great Easter getaway! Loved the complimentary chocolate eggs and hot cross buns, such a sweet treat! the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and easily accessible to many tourist spots. the breakfast spread was one of the best we've had, with a wide range of tasty options. We also enjoyed the peaceful setting of the hotel, perfect for a relaxing vacation.
