Friendly staff, clean environment, great pool and whirlpool. Free bike rental to explore the countryside. Fantastic chef's, healthy and organic food. Excellent spa and wellness facilities.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to bike and hike routes, as well as two golf courses. The Bistro offered delicious lunch options and the pools were a great place to relax. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options.

Had an amazing New Year experience at this hotel. The SPA facilities were impressive and easy to reach from everywhere. The pool area had stunning views, and the rooms were really comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind, and the food was both delicious and healthy. , the wine selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The service at the bars and dinner could be improved in terms of speed, and some staff could improve their English, especially during dinner. The breakfast options were healthy, but there weren't enough indulgent options for those looking to treat themselves.

This hotel was a luxurious haven, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a relaxing indoor swimming pool and relaxing sauna. The massage was professional and relaxing, and the Spa lounge was a peaceful and calming oasis. I enjoyed the excellent Breakfast with special diet menus and the stylish Bar/ Lounge area.

The only minor issue was the occasional noise from seminar guests during my stay. The Spa & wellness centre, with its outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi areas, was sometimes crowded and noisy.

I recently stayed at Falkensteiner Balance Resort for a relaxing weekend getaway. The friendly staff, clean environment, and amazing pool and whirlpool made for a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel also provided free bike rentals, allowing us to explore the beautiful countryside. The welcome drink, top-quality room, and provided amenities like towels, slippers, and bathrobes added to the overall luxury of our stay.
