Had a fantastic Christmas holiday in Crete! Spent a week at this wonderful hotel located between two great towns with plenty to see and do. the three pool areas were beautifully maintained and there were always sun beds available. the gym was a great bonus and meant we didn't feel guilty indulging in the delicious food on offer. the staff are the real highlight of this hotel, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved the free air conditioning and WiFi!

The limited choice of food, especially for vegetarians. the entertainment was hit and miss with some evenings being a bit lacklustre.

The Anastasia Hotel provides excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for bar drinks and cocktails. The staff is friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms offer a good view of the entertainment, especially from the balconies overlooking the football pitch. The hotel is also situated on a hillside with stunning, meticulously maintained gardens, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance.

Everything was more than satisfactory at this hotel.

The location offers easy access to the sandy beach and is conveniently located within walking distance to both the lively town center and peaceful areas. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also offers entertainment and activities for guests to enjoy.

Some guests experienced a minor inconvenience with a jammed toilet door, which required them to use the restaurant facilities during odd hours.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and our room was perfect, especially the newly built ones. The location was both peaceful and convenient, with beautiful sea and mountain views. The staff treated us with kindness and were always helpful.

As for breakfast options, it would have been even better if they extended the hours until around 11:30am.
