Spent my Christmas at a hotel and it was marvelous. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help us with any queries. I liked their continental buffet breakfast and three-course dinner, which was included in the package. the quality and taste of the food were excellent. the location was perfect as it was just a 5-minute walk to the town square and 10-minute walk to the lake. Free Wi-Fi being available during the stay was the cherry on top.

The only negative aspect of the hotel was the room, which was a bit small. the bathroom window didn't have a curtain or a frosted glass, which made us feel on display to the apartment opposite ours.

The Glaserer Haus is in a prime location, just 2 minutes from the ski lift. The owner, Hans, is friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast is satisfactory and the staff is pleasant. Great value for the price.
